Best Smith’s pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Puts your Saratoga Springs location to shame. Not all Smith's pharmacies are created equal and this one is exhibit A. We used you when we lived near Highland and you were, and are, awesome. When we moved to West Lehi, and switched to the Smith’s Saratoga Springs pharmacy, we were disappointed to see they do not operate anywhere near the level of awesomeness you do. We didn’t realize how good we had it with you. We miss you, and even though you’re a longer drive for us now, we may just be coming back. The Saratoga Springs Smith’s pharmacy seems to seriously struggle with a lot of things that you seem to excel at. Your drive through pharmacy seems to be almost always open for business. I don't recall the last time the Saratoga Springs drive through pharmacy was open. The lines to pick up prescriptions at your location seemed consistently reasonable and moved quick. At Saratoga Springs the lines are consistently 10+ people long. The Saratoga Springs location posts tons of signs in store openly advertise they are understaffed and that you will likely be waiting a long time. They full on shut down for a lunch break every day from 1-1:30. I agree these folks deserve a lunch break. People need to eat. But your location seems to have found a way to not only get the job done, but do it well. You are proof that Smith's can do this so much better. The Timpanogos Highway Smith's Pharmacy, your pharmacy, feels like a Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous compared to Smith's Saratoga Springs. The Timpanogos Highway Smith's pharmacy drive through seems to be almost always open. And fast. When you do need to walk in over there, the wait is minimal in my experience. The difference between Timpanogos Highway Smith's pharmacy and Saratoga Springs Smith's pharmacy seems like a lesson in how to do it so right vs how to do it so wrong. I'm busy and lazy about changing pharmacies so it takes a lot for me to be motivated to find a new one. But color me

Always friendly. Have been willing to work with me on price when I didn't have insurance. I go there 98% of the time I have a prescription. The other 2% is when they ran out and I couldn't wait for them to restock. But that's rare. Definitely my pharmacy of choice.

My 15 month old who has had many medical issues in the past has a fever now. I wasn’t able to find meds to help bring the fever down anywhere around smiths. Decided to go to the pharmacy and ask if they had any solution. The pharmacist with no hesitation helped me get the meds I needed for my daughter. I cried in the store I couldn’t believe they were so helpful and caring. So grateful. Especially with shortages everywhere. They easily could have just turned me away because they seemed very busy at the time. But they took the time to help me and my daughter.

We get my 90-year-old mom's Rxs filled here (and there are a lot of them.) We tried others but find Smith's easy and faster along with lower priced much of the time, and the staff has been helpful all along. I set up text notices, so I see when she needs a refill when they start processing the refill or new Rx if it is out of stock, and when the RX is ready, and usually it tells me the cost...which is $0 sometimes. They helped me clarify when I needed to get ready to go overseas to some riskier areas...and during Covid identified other Smith's that had hard-to-find meds, saving me from having to transfer the RX and take longer. I have had fewer "out-of-stocks" compared to when we were using the bigger box nearby, and when needed they are usually able to get us a few to make it until they are restocked. For really expensive ones (like Eliquis) they will text to confirm to avoid sticker shock. Rarely, there is a delay for the text to go out, but that would happen more if they had to call. Unlike the major pharmacy chains, I have not had recurring issues with the "20-minute dance" where they say it will be done in "20 minutes" and in 30 minutes they say it will be done in 20 minutes repeated 2+ times.

Fast and friendly service. Pharmacy staff were able to answer all my questions about vaccinations and prescriptions and had everything ready prior to my arrival.

This pharmacy is great. They work hard to meet our needs and high expectations when it comes to keeping my family healthy. They are accommodating and quick! If they have an issue they ALWAYS communicate it to us. They know my whole family by name. They are busy but they make it feel like a neighborhood drugstore..not a typical chain store.

I have been using this pharmacy for almost ten years, and they are always kind and friendly to me. I'm a bit baffled by all the negative reviews. They get my prescriptions done fast in just 15-20 minutes while I shop, and they've never made a mistake with filling them. They call my doctor for me to get refills ordered, and they even find ways to save me money by ordering my prescriptions in larger orders etc, and almost everyone who has ever helped me here has been kind and friendly.

This pharmacy is inside of the Smith’s grocery store, but there is a convenient drive through. Employees are patient and willing to help. Not sure what other folks are expecting or why this pharmacy is rated so low, but from my experience, it’s great!
